From our visit to the area we collected samples that later analysed in a lab that made clear that within the area of the Chott el jerid salt lake thrives on the molecular level because of the diverse climate and nature of the lake. We identified Cyanobacterium Salina,Corotonoid Bita,Algae Dunaliela,Halofilic Achaea.

For the production of the operational field maps we have used the voronoi tessellation ,proximity network, Circle intensity diagram(image data)

The Operational field are the test bed for the operations that take place in the area. In the case of molecular activity, microorganisms colonise in areas that struggling in terms of natural resources such as water and extreme temperatures. Due to the morphology of the surface of the lake but also the composition microorganism can survive and reproduce in great numbers.
