Food production is central to livelihood of the inhabitants of Sidi Bouzid-d

with most of its inhabitants involved in some form of agricultural practice. Be it within state-own agricultural farms or small subsistence based market farms, these agents/actors are influenced by cycles of food production and harvesting. The food production datascape henceforth aims to conflate the landacape with the temporal seasonal cycles of food production and speculates on a a new edible landscape.

The agricultural occupation maps utilizes the voronoi algorithm to estimate the size of each agriculture plots and proxmity to water sources such  as wadi and ground water wells.

To depict the agriculture context, maps of the types of agricultural plot and food sustainability are drawn.
